Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend NHS to a friend?
Yes
Why?
I've found my work family, they have always been supportive, and I would consider them good friends. There is a career path for everyone here, I am so pleased I applied as an apprentice 4 years ago, I don't know what else I'd be doing now.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to NHS?
It can be a lengthy application process at times, but it's worth it. They are people-focused and will always look out for it's employees and service users.
