Why?
Organisation is overall poor, communication not great, support level is quite low. It is a course where you can gain a lot of knowledge, however need to commit a lot of own time to it and employer does not always manage to support.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to NHS?
Weighing up before hand if will be able to cope with the amount of own time that needs to be committed to maintain good grades and practice.
