I receive excellent support and appreciate that they allow me the time to do the apprenticeship and are getting involved

I have had the correct amount of support from my trainer. She has allowed me to work at my own pace. she has pushed when I need it but not been too overbearing they understand there are clinical and organization responsibilities to take in to account
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I have taken on a different role and without the training i do not feel i would have been able to do the role i am in currently.
