My role involves learning to sell products to customers, within the apprenticeship I get the opportunity to network with people, getting to know about the business and people are very approachable and always there to help me succeed.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the programme because I get lots of opportunities to find out about the job role, anything that I want to know Tech Data will show me.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Tech Data helps me gain confidence by pushing me out of my comfort zone and try things that I never try before and realise my potential. The skills that I gained is communication, technical, selling skills and many more.

The programme is very organised, they plan things in advance and they know what to do to help me to become a successful sales person.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I get lots of support from Tech Data, anything that I am concerned about my employer will be there to discuss it with me and helping me solve the problem.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I get lots of support from my training provider, I get monthly meetings with them to discuss on how am I getting on and what I need to improve on. I can also contact them before the monthly schedule meetings as well. They are always there to support me.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My training provider always giving me advice on what I should improve on, which helps me to improve and becoming more skilled in selling.
