Conversing with internal employees and external partners to solve customer queries, sales order issues and create quotes and opportunities for customers.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

I was responsible for setting up high-value quotes and sales for customers as well as managing/training the new apprentices.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

TD SYNNEX has a very inclusive culture where everyone is happy to help you out no matter how busy they might be. They also grouped the placement students together from the start which helped to have contacts in different departments from the start as well as familiar faces to feel included by.

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?

This placement was highly enjoyable and gave me so many opportunities to develop myself and has given me the foundation to have a successful career in IT.
