At the moment i have been helping in teams within Tech Data gaining new experiences and knowledge on a day to day basis.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy everyday at Tech Data and enjoy learning all the training sessions the apprenticeship has given me so far.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Learnt a lot of new skills since starting at Tech Data. Have gained so many new skills so far around the different programs we use at Tech Data and Training sessions on sales within the apprenticeship but also understanding all the different teams and how they play a massive part within Tech Data.

The program is very organised which makes learning on a day to day basis enjoyable.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

I couldn't ask for more support from the business and the apprenticeship program, have had none stop support.

Yes one of them is the outward bound trip that were doing as an apprenticeship which is great for team building so looking forward to it.
