To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I really enjoyed the programme as a whole, before signing up to the programme I did not appreciate how in depth it would be and how time consuming it would be.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
Learnt new skills in project management, change management & coaching, as well as learning models, theories and new techniques. Improved my confidence, emotional intelligence, problem solving, negotiation, decision making and presentation skills

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
The programme was organised through a system called Bud, which showed you your progress to date and what modules were left to learn. I do feel the bigger modules (project management and change management) should have been assigned a lot earlier in the programme, it was right at the end and far too rushed
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
My employer was very supportive - allowing opportunities in the workplace to practice what I had learnt, opportunities for workshadowing and taking on a project and implementing change.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
My tutor was very supportive and encouraging, regularly checking in and completing reviews, always very responsive to any queries or concerns I had along the way.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
I feel it's given me much more confidence in leading and managing my team, it's opened up a lot more tools and techniques to apply in every day work.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
My organisation has a plethora of working groups available to me including wellbeing, disability, menopause, LGBT and People & Culture. We try to hold social activities at least twice per year, as well as informal check-in's.
