Leadership skills, and project development and planning

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
Everything was reasonably well organised, there were a few misunderstandings at the beginning which could have been rectified if all learners had a FAQ or crib sheet with information.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
My role directly feeds into my apprenticeship so I did not need much help from my employer, although when I required help, it was provided.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
We have an understanding that I don't need much help, although when needed the tutor is very helpful.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
It has been picked up by my employer that they can see I am implementing my new skills into my role, specifically around project management.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
1/5
None that I am aware of as my team is home based so it makes it more difficult to attend such events unless they are online.
