I manage a team of quality improvement coaches, we analyse the company data to identify areas of improvement and design, deliver and measure the success of the interventions.

I thoroughly enjoy the programme and I have benefitted gained a promotion due to it.

I have developed my skills in effectively dealing with stakeholders as well as how to effectively manage a project.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Overall the structure has been good, there has been some confusion with session changes. Everything is now back on track which is good news as I hope to be going to EPA soon.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I have the full support from my manager and I am able to take my 20% off the job training to consolidate both my knowledge and skills.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have an effective and reliable tutor who is there to support me at 1-2-1 sessions as well as on e-mail.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The qualification has improved my confidence in my role as well as increasing my strategic knowledge.
