Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
I am responsible for the promotion and implementation of Pearson vocational courses, namely BTEC, on an international basis. Work with education centres, Ministries of Education and Training providers. Present on a regular basis, selling and implementing our programmes into schools and colleges and gain recognition of them onto national curriculums.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I have now finished the course but thoroughly enjoyed my time whilst doing it. I found it very informative but it also developed me on a personal level too.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
My ability to look at ideas strategically has greatly improved. Seeing the bigger picture rather than the hear and now.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
It was reasonably well organised although there were often changes to study days/location/order of delivery within units.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I received full support from my employer
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
Again I received all the support I needed. Couldn't fault it.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
The qualification has really made me feel more confident in my role. The knowledge I have gained has given me the ability to be more assertive and talk with more authority.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
Yes through the online Neo group but I don't take much advantage of them.
