Learning about organisational culture has been an important learning step for me, particularly the ways in which I actively and subconsicously engage with this culture. This awareness allows for adaptations and modifications to be made.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The remote learning element is very well done with engaging weekly sessions to be completed in my own time. The contact with tutors is very good and I have a dedicated point of contact for the programme. Some of the practical modules could be improved by making the weekly activities more accurately correspond with the learning objectives of the portfolio.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Very supportive employer which ensures I get 20% time off the job training along with additional hours when required. The apprentice programme within my organisation is very well organised and a fantastic resource to find additional support.
