To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
It's something new and challenging, it keeps me busy which I thrive off of. I highly enjoy it

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
New computer skills, admin skills, working with computers at a higher rate, building on communication skills

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
It seems well structured, I have clear communication from my tutor and a good outline as to what is expected of me throughout the year
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
A lot of support. I have regular check-ins with my manager and if I ever need any assistance or support for something extra, I'm able to ask freely
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
A good amount of support with frequent meetings every month and reviews scheduled every couple of months
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
There are some elements that do not seem that relevant but the aspect of researching and producing documents/answering questions can all be applied to my role
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
There are many employee-led networks we are able to get involved with, constant events being held for the apprentices every month, therefore lots to get involved with

Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend NatWest Group to a friend?
Yes
Why?
They're a great employer to work for in terms of support, potential progression, being open and honest, happy to hear feedback, I feel comfortable raising any issues or queries I have, everyone is very friendly and helpful.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to NatWest Group?
Don't be put off by the fact it's a bank. I was a little intimidated due to my lack of financial knowledge, but they teach you everything you need to know and offer plenty of support so I've never felt alone.
