Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I provide administration support for the medical secretaries. I sent out clinic letters to parents, GPs and other recipients. I scan documents to patient's files. I collect patient notes to be used in clinics. I deliver Consultant's post to them.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy the job role and the variety of tasks that I complete on a day to day basis. I have just started my first assignment and am researching about the NHS which is very interesting.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed my confidence from talking to new people. I have learnt how to use new systems and am now becoming much more confident with this. I have also also attended mandatory training such as fire training and health and safety.

I receive lots of support and know who I can reach out to if I require any extra support.

I have monthly Teams meetings with my Trainer Coach and she goes through what I am leaning and gives me tasks to complete. She provides me with lots of support and I know that I can ask any questions that I have.

My assignment is helping me to understand the company that I am working for better.
