Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
SPARK is a 1 week scheme that allows law students to experience life at Clifford Chance. It is an excellent way to practically expand your knowledge of commerical law, and what a commerical lawyer does in their day-to-day work.
The scheme included talks from a range of lawyers from different practice areas.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Great. Commerical law can be hard to really understand without a real experience of it. A lot of information online is quite inaccurate so having a real glimpse was very useful.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Very good. Speaking to a range of solicitors from trainees to the head partner, it was evident that the atmosphere at the firm and on the scheme is/was fantastic

Overall Experience
To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
Thought it was very fun. Several 'social' evenings (despite being virtual) meant that there was enjoyable evenings. The days were enjoyable too, however I expect that they would have been even more fun in person.
