I work in a buzzing, face-paced environment where I manage a team of 15 colleagues. My role on a day-to-day basis involves engaging with the customer and reporting on operational progress. Ensuring that all elements of the operation as working as effectively and efficiently as possible.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my programme because it has given me the opportunity to grow and develop as a future leader for the business.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed great stakeholder management skills from the interaction I have with customers and senior internal stakeholders on a daily basis. In my role I have picked new system skills and I have been able to ground my learnings through the training and developing the rest of my team.
