My Role at aldi is Apprentice driver. This includes shadowing drivers on the day to day roles and responsibilities of being a driver at aldi. We also load trailers every now and again when busy periods hit.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I'm really enjoying the programme!. No day is the same! Its exciting knowing that at the end of it, all being well we will have gained our class 1 licence

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is very well organised. We're given a clear understanding on what we need to do and when we need to do it. We're given enough time off the job to revise for any tests we have upcoming. Also to complete any work books we may have due to be completed. I know if i have any problems and don't understand what I'm supposed to be doing there's someone on hand to guide me

I receive support every day! If I'm ever stuck with anything or need support i know there's always someone there to help!

Why?
I've worked at Aldi for almost 4 years now and I can safely say I've enjoyed my time here. I have a good relationship with other colleagues and members of management. All contributing to making my time here enjoyable.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Aldi?
Trust the process. Each step is a little challenging but take your time and do your best. Also i'd advise to research the company, and get to know as much as you can about Aldi.
