My role is to plan activities and carry them out to aid children’s development. Keep children happy and safe and be responsible for my key children in any way necessary.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have really enjoyed this programme, the layout of the course works well for me however I wish it was better explained.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have gain lots of knowledge which has bettered my practice and improve my skills, gaining knowledge from this has also improved my confidence.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

I think some parts are very organised however I feel it could be better in some ways such as providing more of an insight to EPA earlier on.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I have received some support from my employer she answers any questions I have and puts me at ease if I’m confused or need a little reassurance.

I have received lots of support in gaining knowledge towards my qualification I think she helped me a lot.
