I really enjoyed my apprenticeship, I learnt on the job whilst also get paid. I really enjoyed my study days and meeting all the other apprenticeships. this helped me when stuck with assignments. I enjoyed learning more new skills to develop my career and knowing how to complete by work to the best of my ability.

Skills Development

I've learnt good communication skills involving answering and dealing with patients who have complaints and are angry. I have improved my minute taking skills, before my apprenticeship this is something I'd never completed before. I have learnt to have good time keeping and prioritise my work load over the last couple of years.

Structure and Support

My programme is very organised from my organisation and also the learning provider. My assessor is very good at setting me working and explaining the assignments. All workbooks are in place ready for my next meeting, my assessor always makes sure she is organises and ready for my next assignment to be completed.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Amazing support from my employer and the apprenticeship team within my organisation. My line manager always makes sure I have time out of my work to complete any assignments or work for my course. The Apprenticeship teams are always available to support or help and are there for anything needed.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
I receive a lot of support from my training provider. The team are always at the end of the phone or end of emails. They always respond and reply very quickly. If i am stuck on any work, they always provider extra support such as PowerPoints to explain the assignments.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
