I really enjoy the apprenticeship programme, one of the best things I have ever done.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I know how to use more of Excel, how to create PIVOT tables, how to do VLOOKUPS etc. I have also grown in confidence in meetings and can now conduct meetings on my own.

My programme is very well structured, and keeps me busy and learning

I receive a lot of support from my employer and from my colleagues in finance.

I receive a lot of support from Kaplan, and from my talent coach who works for Kaplan

Without my qualification, I wouldn't have gone onto gain a permanent position.

Not really, although we all go out and socialize outside of work.
