In addition to technical growth, I have strengthened my presentation and communication skills, particularly in explaining complex technical concepts to different audiences. I have also refined my ability to analyse and troubleshoot software issues, improving my problem-solving and debugging skills.
Beyond this, I have been enhancing my understanding of automation, security best practices, and AI-driven development methodologies, ensuring I stay ahead of industry trends and can apply these skills effectively in real-world scenarios.

How well organised/structured is your programme?
How much support do you receive from your employer?
Throughout my time here, I have faced both professional and personal challenges, and IBM has consistently been there for me in ways that many other employers might not have been. Their understanding, flexibility, and willingness to support employees through health challenges and other difficulties have made a significant difference.
Beyond this, IBM offers fantastic learning opportunities, mentorship, and access to industry-leading resources, ensuring that I have the tools and support needed to grow in my career.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
Additionally, the qualification has enhanced my problem-solving, analytical, and technical abilities, giving me greater confidence in my work.
Overall, it has been a valuable asset to my professional growth, equipping me with the expertise needed to excel in my role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
These activities include social gatherings, professional networking opportunities, and learning events, allowing employees to connect, share knowledge, and engage with colleagues across different teams.
