5/5
Since joining IBM, I have significantly expanded my knowledge and skills in cloud computing, AI, and the software development lifecycle. I have deepened my expertise in AWS and Google Cloud technologies, and I am now focusing on Red Hat technologies. One of the key resources I’ve gained access to is a Red Hat Learning Subscription, which provides high-quality training and hands-on labs to reinforce practical skills.
In addition to technical growth, I have strengthened my presentation and communication skills, particularly in explaining complex technical concepts to different audiences. I have also refined my ability to analyse and troubleshoot software issues, improving my problem-solving and debugging skills.
Beyond this, I have been enhancing my understanding of automation, security best practices, and AI-driven development methodologies, ensuring I stay ahead of industry trends and can apply these skills effectively in real-world scenarios.

4/5
IBM offers a variety of social and professional networking events throughout the year. These events vary by location, with the London office (York Road, Waterloo) hosting the most frequent activities. However, regional offices also hold events, albeit less frequently.
These activities include social gatherings, professional networking opportunities, and learning events, allowing employees to connect, share knowledge, and engage with colleagues across different teams.
