Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Managing Careers Leaders at five London schools to improve their careers programme for their students. Source employer encounters and work experience opportunities all externally.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It has been great to experience leading a team of immediate colleagues for the first time, and less intimidating than I thought. Each discussion with Yolande is interesting and I feel we have a good teacher/learner relationship.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

How to approach management internally to request further training. This has resulted in internal team training (assisting my Line Manager), internal organisation training (company wide delivered by the Training Team), and a recent promotion to now managing a new contract.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Meetings with my Paragon tutor are always pre-planned with enough time to complete my personal studying (although I am currently behind a bit, completely my own fault). Yolande always explains what we will cover in our next meeting so I am prepared.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

There isn't much of a need of support from my employer, but when they do check in, it is completely unannounced which is a little frustrating as I can be in the middle of work.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It has naturally lead to my access to supporting my Line Manager and now receiving a promotion into a managerial position. I am sure the rest of my qualification will further help me in my new role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

The internal company wide 'Future Managers Academy' came at a good time, shortly after I began my qualification. I may also be able to access the second stage of this training, the 'Managers Academy' training. Apart from that, activities have been difficult due to covid.
