Ensuring a successful end on end process delivery. Daily meeting to understand progress and if there are any risks to delivering the service and what are the mitigations for these risks. Managing stakeholders in order to meet deadlines and ensure service is delivered seamlessly.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have thoroughly enjoyed the programme as it has provided me with the experience, knowledge and skills I have been expecting to gain.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes. With having completed the CMDA it gave me a new set of skills in enabling me to understand how a business runs and what needs to be considered before any business decisions are made.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme structure overall is great however more input from DAs would be preferred when deciding optional units in the final year.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Over the 3 years of the programme I have changed 3 or 4 managers, which has proven difficult to get the support I perhaps needed. I did have a senior sponsor who was always very helpful.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Training provider has improved over the course of the programme in how they provide support and guidance towards qualification overall and assessments involved within. Tutors and mentors are always available via email if a question needs to be answered.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The qualification has enabled me to gain a better understanding in how business strategies are executed which is key when pursuing a senior leadership career.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are always some social activities that are organised, especially this has become a higher focus to creating social activities online whilst working from home.
