Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
I look after the telephone systems at Derbyshire NHS trust. I will respond to users issues and queries that come through the helpdesk.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
2/5
I enjoyed the courses I went on and the job itself. But I didn't enjoy the portfolio work as I thought the information given was too woolly and I found my initial coach before he left made me more confused about what I was doing.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
Yes I have learnt technical skills that are required to do the role and I have improved other key skills such as customer service skills.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
2/5
Again I liked the courses and the job itself. But I didn't think it was the best structure. Halfway through my programme I had to move to a completely different system which I found navigating around wasn't very good.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I received a lot of support from my employer. I got plenty of time to work on projects and courses and was given a lot of flexibility.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
1/5
