I enjoy the programme, it is hard work and everyone puts in the effort so no one is left behind.

I have learned how to operate the warehouse which holds the stock, alongside communicating with shift leaders in order to complete other initial tasks set.

Very well organised, I have been assigned a tutor and I have been set assessments and lessons in which I will be completing in the coming months

I receive performance reviews every three months which states my advantages which make me an asset to the team and some improvements which I could work on overtime

Expect a lot of hard work however expect an excellent work life balance and a neutral relationship with your peers. Aldi is a great place to work.
