Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Go into the office, get my van/lorry keys along with the PDA device, do vehicle check and deliver white goods on my route to my customers. Ensuring I obtain exceptional customer feedback scores. I also install some white goods and do different services for customers.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I did enjoy doing the programme however with covid was a very long process. Lucky, to my favour, I passed maths and English in school so didn’t have to complete this on my programme.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt how to installs varies white good appliances, experience driving a Luton van and soon to come experience on driving 7.5T lorries.

Was well structured and the mentors were very supportive along the way even though it was done remotely due to covid.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer provided all support necessary (IE, gave me all time I needed off to complete work for the programme).

Very supportive even due to covid.

It helped me progress in the business from going from a 3.5T driver to a 7.5T driver.
