Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Diagnosing faults with customers laptops and then repairing them within the specified timeframe
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Throughout the whole apprenticeship there were plans and promises made that kept getting broken. Such as many cancelled college lesson before the Covid-19 Pandemic maybe about half. This has led to negative feelings about the programme for many on the apprenticeship including myself

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

At the start of the apprenticeship I did learn a few new skills however ever since about the 3rd or 4th month this seems to have stopped and is now very repetitive with hardly any new learning

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very badly organised and structured, college days cancelled, the qualification we were working for changed more than half way in. Days sat at work with nothing to do because plans were not made properly
How much support do you receive from your employer?

You receive minimal support from employer, surrounding the technical aspect and the college course, they seems to only really be interested in how many repairs you get.
On the other hand any personal issues work seems to be quite understanding

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

When we are at college the help is good and the tutor is available if you need any help at work, however the college course does not seem to be suited to our role very well at all so it can be confusing doing assignment about things that are never covered at work or college

Very little at all I feel like the course it not suitable for our job role

There are but since covid these have been quite reduced

No support for apprenticeship, no progression, no training , lots of promises made but none ever put in to action
