Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role includes being a support mechanism for my team if they have any questions regarding their day to day roles. I also help support my manager with the daily running of stats for each team member and send these out every morning.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I don't enjoy it, too much work on top of the daily role I do. Is having an effect on the overall performance of my team due to me having to commit time to my apprenticeship.
