Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
• Partnering with the central Talent team, HR Business Partners, and other key stakeholders to identify organisational requirements and trends to develop an effective system.
• Accountable for the design of the Talent, Performance and Learn modules including the end-to-end review of third-party performance or talent systems with an aim to consolidate where possible.
• Responsible for the development and delivery of the workstream plan ensuring milestones align to the technology delivery plan and feed the change readiness activity in sufficient time.
• Identifying and managing risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies throughout the programme.
