Medium amount. Fully paid and enrolled for us but have to seek our own time and means in completing and involving the workplace/colleagues.

Emails are responded to faster now but marking is still behind and does not help.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It validates and helps me to articulate it. I have also begun to learn some new methods and techniques as well as a bit of psychology which has been interesting and insightful.
