To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Extremely, even though it is early in the scheme and during Covid-19 -- contact from line managers and systems are in place to make it a good experience

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Balance between uni and work is good; not being on day release is a blessing

Regular contact with line manager; development opportunities and talks are well placed. Regular BBC wide information events are scheduled.
