In my role I receive calls through a phone line from customers who require technical support and advice about their payroll products, I work two lines one for irish payroll and one for uk
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I loved it at the start and I love my team and everyone who ive met across the business but the job role is horrible, mentally debilitating and constantly high pressure

I have developed lots of new skills such as trouble shooting, learning how to deal with customers, complaint handling, delivering a solution and actively listening aswell as many other skills

I couldn't imagine pushing someone towards the stress I have felt it would forever stay on my concience

In all honesty make sure you can deal with high levels of stress.
