I work on the phones assisting customers with the products that Sage provide, I support payroll products for Irish and UK customers, answering queries or resolving problems

It’s a great program you get a lot of support with the college side of things and with the work you are constantly learning

I receive a lot of support especially when I am struggling I am given development time and coaching time

The support is constant, I could email whenever I want and they would get back to me as soon as possible, support in the classroom, over teams, constant feedback for improvements

The organisation behind my two tutors was top level, this helped make things go smooth and made things less stressful
