The experience has been quite engaging and supportive, despite working from home and having not met any of my colleagues as of yet, which I am looking forward to do. I would recommend Sage to other individuals, as it has a brilliant working environment and caring employees.

Through working at Sage I have increased my confidence, time management and initiative. I have also been provided with a substantial amount of knowledge on Payroll and Business.

The journey of the apprenticeship is structured very supportively and digestible, as progress is tracked and visible.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Plenty. There are a range of different support channels at Sage.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Plenty. As I have the option to contact them anytime I require assistance and I have monthly progress reviews, as well as fortnightly training sessions.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I believe the knowledge I receive from my training provider, as well as the experience I gain from working a Sage, ensures I have the correct means and support to do my job.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

At Sage we are able to engage with charitable organizations, and offer our assistance 5 days out of the calendar year. Which are encouraged by Sage and paid.
