I have to make sure that I meet the children's individual needs as well as making sure that I follow the policies and procedures in place within the nursery.

I have developed my working in a team. I have also developed my confidence massively since starting the apprenticeship.

My assessor is really organised. She always is on hand to help me with whatever I need. She always messages me when I have a webinar or when we need to have a talk between the two of us.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I recieve a lot of support from my employer as they always ask me how I am and how I'm doing with the apprenticeship and the work.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I'm receiving a lot of support from my assessor as she is always saying to me to message her whenever I need any help with the work
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It is helping my role massively as the webinars are helpful and so I can put everything that I learn into practice
