Education - Quality assurer, carrying out apprenticeship qualification quality assurance, Ofsted preparation, training and developing Training & development officers, standardisation meetings, curriculum development and design, managing the quality of my team, leading and managing my teams performance and quality. RGA rating and performance manager TDO feedback to improve and gain direct claim status
