To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoyed undertaking my qualification I felt that this has given me more confidence to achieve my long term goals.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt more in depth about what becoming a team leader requires and different models/techniques that can be applied within a business to manage my work day better. I have also become more self-aware which has helped me to develop my personal skills.

Very organized, I felt supported throughout. This included both monthly classroom learning and 1-1 support with my Training and Development Officer.

I received lots of support from my manager and help when this was needed.

Lots of support and resources to be able to conduct my qualification with ease. Also received relevant guidance if I felt I needed it.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel that doing this qualification has changed the way I work, it has helped me to develop much better organizational skills and developed my knowledge around the business.

I feel that they are really supportive when undertaking any qualifications.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Realise?
I feel that all information provide by Realise was enough however I would advise to book a full day out a week when writing assignments to ensure you are able to complete this without any distractions.
