Find it a challenge sometimes but think that's probably me. My trainer is amazing and explains everything well, I feel supported.

Lots! I was shielding for a longtime and had lost confidence in myself. Doing the apprenticeship is giving my confidence back by teaching me how to improve in my role.

Join us! They are a well established company which gives job security. There are lots of opportunities to move up if you would like. Equally if you're happy to stick with your job role they're a great company to work for.
