To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
Working alongside a friendly team helps and support is always available if needed.
My programme was very enjoyable
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
Developed my communication skills, i speak to lots of different people on a daily basis from contractors to colleagues to managers and i have gained confidence in doing so.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?
We then were introduced to Pilot, who deliver our apprenticeship programme and guide us through our 3 year course, we met with these every so often to update on our progress etc.
The actual on the job learning consisted of being put onto shift and being part of the process and learning as if i was an operator
How much support do you receive from your employer?
We met with HR in our induction so we always knew who to go to if we needed support from them.
Our mentor kept us well informed and communicated with us weekly.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
Having the classroom work helps us on the job as there is a lot of theory behind a process so it is good to have a mixture of theory and practical work.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
