My work involves maintaining the internal communication between markets, developing materials, organizing global events, managing logistics, and leading sponsorships.

I have been given plenty of responsibility and my manager and colleagues have always supported me.

I have developed my communication. analytical, strategic, collaboration, managing, and other professionals skills related to my role as a manager such as leading and organizing. I gained the skill to fastly adapt and became very reflective which helped me improve my work. I learned to be very proactive and that help me get as many opportunities as possible during my virtual placement year.

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

The culture completely aligned with my personal beliefs. From my experience, all colleagues I have met have been truly inspiring and always strive to help their teammates. I felt like I was a part of a big family that took care of each and every member. Knowing that I was working for such a company and that my indirect work helped some patients out there, truly made me feel grateful.

Overall Experience

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?

I truly enjoyed my placement year. There had been plenty of challenges when working online and trying to stand on my feet but now I have grown so much both professionally and personally so I can't say anything but one big thank you.
