Answering queries relating to the GPG and its workstreams, creating resources for people to use to help progress their career, attending/running and helping to create workshops for employees around flexible working and career progression. As well as creating data to inform metrics about how they are working.

Yes which I enjoyed, though I always had support when needed with that responsibility

That it is a great company to work for and you will learn a lot! That it is challenging but so worth it.
