As a Team Leader I manage the team to ensure there is accurate and efficient processing to keep up with regulations and timeframes set by the company. I also own the monthly submissions to the hub which includes checking and fixing errors to ensure we have clean data.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have enjoyed learning more depth theories and being able to understand how to adapt my style to ensure I get the best out of my team.

Yes, how best to support my team with day-to-day tasks as well as development opportunities. I have also developed my knowledge around managing projects and moving these forwards engaging all stakeholders

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is fairly structured with monthly sessions arrange with apprenticeship coach, as well as session with my CMI tutor to help me process on my qual. I think by having set criteria's or areas to work on each month may benefit people rather than it being ad hoc.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I have receive a good level of support from my employer. This is shown through been supported to take my OTJ time, as well as having opportunities to attend webinars/training that will enhance my knowledge, skills and behaviors.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive a good level of support from my training provider. I have both a coach and a tutor who have helped me through both my qualification and apprenticeship.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I have learnt new skills which I can use within my role as a team leader and also gained a wealth of knowledge to enhance my ability in my role.
