My role as a claims apprentice was to manage KPIs that are reported to the Lloyd's Market, Handle Bureau & Non-Bureau Reinsurance claims, involvement in various projects such as Statics & Outstanding payments and internal & external stakeholder engagement
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I thoroughly enjoyed the programme as the Davies Group, particularly my coach were very beneficial in providing me with the correct resources and support to develop myself professionally and personally.
