Overall, how would you describe your experience at Davies Learning Solutions?
Had a lot of support from my coach, a good chance to develop my skills, add to my insurance knowledge. I would say there was a large amount of work to be done, alongside my normal job and qualiication.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Rotations - Aviation Treaty reinsurance, UK Property Faculaltive reinsurance and Credit & Financial Risks Treaty reinsurance

Good exposure due to having a small team but a huge volume of business, therefore able to take part in a wide range of accounts

It definitely depends on the time of the year. In the renewal periods, it is very busy. However, in the summer months, it is a lot more flexible
