I enjoy it a lot, I feel as though I have learnt a lot and everyone is very supportive.
The work I do makes me proud as I am helping people during a difficult time

We get work books set by Salford College and work schedule time in for us to work on these
We also have a workshop with college each month
How much support do you receive from your employer?

As much as needed, my manager is really supportive and checks on me regularly
The planning team schedule us in around 8 hours a work to work on our apprentice work which is set by college
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

A lot of support, my trainer/assessor helps me and goes through work with me
I will send her my work before uploading to see if I can make any amendments and she is always happy to help
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It feels goof to know that I get a qualification at the end and I can earn while I learn
I think the work done is put into practice and helps me in my day to day role
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
