To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my role in the hospital but have not enjoyed my experience with my college programme. It was not well suited with my role and hasn't helped with within my role either.

I don't feel the programme is very well structured because of the amounts of times things have been changed. I think this is linked to it not suiting well with my role so changes had to be made multiple times.

My department are all very supportive with my work and my manger gives me the time I need to complete my college work.
My Apprenticeship employers are also supportive and are there if I need them for any queries etc.
