Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend NatWest Group to a friend?
Yes
What advice would you give to others applying to NatWest Group
Consider applying to location where you'd want to do your grad role (if applicable).
Before the interview/assessment centre: do research on NW Group and mention their commitments and successes that resonated with you - so they can see you really want the job.
Stay focused and confident in the assessment center - although it's a long day it's worth it.
Write down names of people from your assessment centre - when you start the onboarding process you can reach out to them so it helps with being social and getting to know other interns.
Be social and try to meet as many people as you can.
Ask any questions you can come up with, everyone is very open with the interns.
