What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Despite the pandemic still tried to make the effort to facilitate company social events virtually such as escape rooms.
There is a conscious effort to discuss and continually improve diversity within the company.

Make sure you read up on the company and role relevant information before the interview day/ assessment centre.
It may seem daunting at first but it is a great experience and everyone is very friendly so don't be afraid to ask questions!
