Making sure the shift is run smoothly on both housekeeping and front of house. Making sure we are all up to date on Finance, health and Safety policy
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed a lot as when asked the questions to my tutor they were happy to go through over and over again until i would understand.

Yes, i have learned a lot . Delegating jobs is one of the skills which i find it lot helpful.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It’s well organised on both of the websites where one of the website you are expected what to do like your action plan and the other website you have the lesson on how you can action it by going through the lessons.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I get massive support from my employer if i get stuck or confused they are always happy to go through with me and share their ideas too.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I do have monthly call visit with my trainer plus if i do get stuck and need anything i would always email and get help on what I needed.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel its helping me massively as i am new to this position. You get trained more in depth which I find it lot helpful.
