My role involves organising and planning the National Programme Accreditation Project which includes scheduling tasks, risk, and progress management, liaising with stakeholders, as well as monitoring finances and controlling budgets. My roles is vital, as it is the driving force, which directly impacts on the efficiency and overall success of this Programme Accreditation Project.

I have organised a well being games night in during this pandemic to help team building and encourage inclusion and engagement within my team. I was also part of the team to help organise our on-line Christmas Party within my department

The NHS is an unbelievable organstation to work for, and i cant praise them enough for the pressure COVID has put each and every staff member under.
I am extremely proud to say I am part of this organisation and I work for the NHS
