Non placement days
- Attend business speaker events
-Work on intern project - build a business presentation on an solving an inefficiency within the bank
-Attend personal development sessions
-Work on CSR project with other interns
Placement days
- Gain relevant training/experience in Adobe analytics and contentsqaure
- Conduct analysis on the bank's webpages using Adobe analytics + contentsqaure
- Make recommendations based on analysis - aim to highlight need for optimizing webpage to increase % of users completing desired action

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

-Given a fairly big meaningful task which aided my professional development and taught me how to use data analysis tools to an intermediate level
-Felt involved and included in all my team meetings
-Gained exposure to multiple business areas not just the area my placement was in

-Wider team were also very supportive and really helped me develop my hard/soft skills
